ONE WORLD EXHIBITION

We’re excited to announce an open call for artists from around the world for the 'One World' exhibition. We want artists from diverse backgrounds to celebrate art and cultural diversity. If you're an artist who wants to help discuss topics like globalization, diversity, and unity, this is your chance. Join the 'One World' exhibition and help show the importance of coming together in our shared world!

ELIGIBILITY

- All forms of art, including textile, mixed media, fiber, paper, dimensional, photo performance and video art, are warmly welcomed.
- Artists from all corners of the globe are encouraged to submit their work.
- Artists who have been featured in past exhibitions are invited to submit new works.

GUIDELINES

- Applications must be submitted in English.
- Each artist is permitted to submit only one application.
- Submit applications exclusively via the form provided on Museu Têxtil website.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- There is no fee to apply.

NOTIFICATION

- Accepted applicants will receive notification via email.
- If you encounter any challenges with your application, please reach out to us at art@museutextil.com.

AGREEMENT

Please take a moment to carefully consider this:

1. I agree that my works will be showcased in the virtual exhibition "One World" on museutextil.com from March 25 to July 20, 2025, curated by Rodrigo Franzão in a 360 virtual exhibition. *

2. I agree that Museu Têxtil reserves the right, without financial compensation, to use the images and texts submitted by me in the Museu Têxtil newsletters, in posts, stories, and reels on Museu Têxtil's Instagram to promote both my work and the exhibition. *

3. I agree that my works will be featured in the Digital and Printed book of the exhibition, officially registered with ISBN and Catalog Card by the Brazilian Book Chamber. *

4. As Museu Têxtil is not sponsored, I agree to receive the digital version of the book of the exhibition for free. Additionally, I agree that the printed version will be sold through the self-publishing platform blurb.com, an independent company not affiliated with Museu Têxtil. I understand that Museu Têxtil will not provide any printed catalog free of charge to participating artists. *

5. I understand that I retain the intellectual property rights for the submitted artworks. I am aware that the exhibition has no commercial intent or involvement in the sale of my works, whether in physical or digital form (NFTs). *

6. I agree that a dedicated webpage titled "One World" will be created on the Museu Têxtil website, showcasing the exhibition view, curatorial text, and my contact information (website and Instagram). *

7. I agree that my Instagram and website will be included on the Museu Têxtil interactive map. *

8. I am aware that my data will not be shared with third-party platforms. *

9. I agree that the Museu Têxtil will use my biography and artistic statement accurately and respectfully, without distortions or edits that alter their meaning. *

10. I agree that Museu Têxtil will credit my stage name and Instagram whenever my work is reproduced or published on Museu Têxtil's Instagram and in the newsletter. *
